I'm usually not, ignoring today.
[Today is apparently his cheat day on being an idiot.
But he's at least keeping pressure around the wound, being careful around the blade. It's another one of the few medical things he knows, and he figures it's just as important here.]
Got it, thank you, I owe you.
[Let's hope he doesn't regret owing him.]
